Privacy Policy and Use of Cookies on the Website https://spizarnia.mazury.pl/

This document concerns the processing and protection of personal data relating to Users in connection with their use of the service: https://spizarnia.mazury.pl/ (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").

Spiżarnia - Restaurant in Mikołajki - respects the right to privacy of the users of the https://spizarnia.mazury.pl/ service. In particular, it cares for the protection of their personal data and applies appropriate organizational and technical solutions to prevent interference with the privacy of users by third parties. Our actions are aimed at ensuring that the user feels completely safe at the level appropriate to the applicable law, including:

  1. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation);
  2. Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means;
  3. Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law.

The use of the Service is carried out using a secure SSL protocol, which significantly increases the protection of data transmission over the Internet.

Please note that the Service may include external links that allow its users direct access to other websites or that while using the Service, cookies from other entities, in particular providers such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, may be placed on your device to enable you to use functionalities of the Service integrated with these services. II. Data Collection

In the scope of using the Service by the User, we store HTTP queries directed to the server. The resources browsed are identified via URL addresses and include:

  1. the public IP address of the end device from which the query originated;
  2. the User's station name – identification performed via the HTTP protocol, if possible;
  3. the time the query was received;
  4. the first line of the HTTP request;
  5. the HTTP response code;
  6. the amount of data sent by the server;
  7. the URL of the page previously visited by the User (the so-called referer link) – in case the transition to the Service was through an external link;
  8. information about the User's browser;
  9. information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction.

The above data are not associated with specific individuals browsing the website.

The Services do not automatically collect any information except for the information contained in cookies. Such collected information is used, among others, for:

  1. managing the Service;
  2. identifying potential security threats;
  3. analyzing aggregated User traffic within the Service for statistical purposes, including using Google Analytics tools, only in case additional mailing campaigns are conducted.

However, in terms of using the functionalities of the Service, the User may be asked to provide the following personal data:

  1. name and surname;
  2. email address;
  3. phone number;
  4. address and name of the company;
  5. content of the contact message.

Providing the above data is voluntary, but without it, it may not be possible to use the Service in terms of functionalities that require it (e.g., handling the order of publications).

III. Personal Data Processing

The data collected via the Service concerning the User may be used to tailor the content of the Service to the User's needs and to respond to inquiries made using the contact form by the User.

The personal data collected from Users are not transferred to international organizations or to third countries. Personal data may be processed by other entities in accordance with EU law or national law.

Personal data collected through forms, for which the User has given consent, are processed for the purpose and duration necessary to properly handle the task. Details are specified in the relevant clauses found under specific forms.

User Rights

In the process of data processing, the User has the rights to:

  1. access the data;
  2. correct the data;
  3. delete or restrict processing;
  4. file a complaint with the supervisory authority for the protection of personal data – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

IV. Use of Cookies

The Service, in accordance with Article 173 of the Telecommunications Law Act of July 16, 2004, uses cookies, which are computer data, particularly text files, that are stored on the User's end device. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the duration they are stored on the end device, and a unique number.

Cookies are used to:

  1. Facilitate the User's use of the Service during browsing;
  2. Later associate the User in case of reconnection of the Service with the device on which they have been saved;
  3. Create statistics that help to understand how Users use websites, which enables the improvement of their structure and content;
  4. Adjust the content of the Service's web pages to the specific preferences of the User and optimize the use of websites, tailored to individual needs of the User.
